Sorry I haven't blogged in awhile. It seems the tests never end. I have 4 this week so Thanksgiving should be a nice break. I'm not sure when I am leaving yet because I do want to stop by Vegas and see Heidi and Nikki and I also want to see Steph before they go to Utah. Anyway...I will know sometime this week.
One of my tests is for ASL. I have to compare a custom from the US to a custom from another country. I can't think of anything to do so if any of you know any customs that are different from ours I would appreciate a comment. PLEASE!

I would compare other names for "friends" in different cultures. In Chile they say "tio" (uncle) for friend... in the states we say "cuz" or "bro" to refer to a friend. Interesting, no? i know there are other ones in diff spanish speaking countries... but i think there are more in every language...

you could compare the coming of ages in each culture...like sweet 16, bat mitzvah(spelling?? i dunno, but the jewish you know?) and then in mexico when you turn 15 you have a quincenera(again i cannot spell these so forgive me for being lazy and not googling them, but you catch my drift) p.s...when are we going??
